EL WTI ha regresado con precios sobre los 3 dígitos nuevamente cerrando en u$ 103 un barril ante los planes de conexión de de un oleoducto entre USA y Canadá en el 2012, el cual ayudaría a reducir el exceso de oferta en el punto de entrega de Cushing .
